The Mid-Atlantic Regional Council on the Ocean will host a public open house for the Mid-Atlantic Ocean Action Plan in Virginia Beach, VA, on July 12 from 6-8 p.m. The event will be held at the Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, 717 General Booth Blvd., Virginia Beach.
