Mid-Atlantic Marine Debris Regional Workshop

The Mid-Atlantic Regional Planning Body’s Marine Debris Work Group is holding a workshop for regional leaders in reducing marine debris to:

• Learn the results of a survey of RPB members as to which debris type and what project approach they think would be most feasible to base a regional strategy upon.

• Explore and develop several options based on those results for presentation to the RPB at its June 20 meeting.

• Discuss resources potentially available to implement whichever strategy the RPB chooses.
