Join us Nov. 1 at 11 a.m. as we unveil the Portal’s new library of approximately 3,000 map layers depicting individual species of fish, birds and marine mammals in the Mid-Atlantic, along with a special search tool to sort through the data. The data will build supplement the Portal’s existing collection of marine life maps, including over 100 summary layers released in September that grouped multiple species together.

The webinar will be hosted by Jesse Cleary of the Duke University Marine Geospatial Ecology Lab, Jay Odell of The Nature Conservancy and Karl Vilacoba of the Monmouth University Urban Coast Institute.
